What is Animal Assisted therapy?
Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) is a therapeutic approach incorporating interactions with trained animals to promote emotional, social, and physical well-being. Crossway Inc.'s AAT program is designed to provide children and young adults, with special needs or those requiring mental health support with an engaging interaction to build skills, boost confidence, and foster independence.
Our therapy animals—carefully selected and trained for this purpose—help participants achieve therapeutic goals in collaboration with our experienced therapists and handlers.
