EFFECTIVE 02/01/15 OUR CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
- A 7 DAY NOTICE WILL BE REQUIRED
- ANY CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE NOT DUE TO ILLNESS MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN A 2 WEEK PERIOD TO AVOID THE LATE CANCELLATION FEE OF $55.00.
- ANY CANCELLATIONS DUE TO ILLNESS NEEDS TO BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN A 4 WEEK PERIOD WITH ANY PROVIDER TO AVOID THE LATE CANCELLATION FEE OF $55.00
- THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF WILL WORK WITH YOU TO GET YOUR CHILD RESCHEDULED WITH A PROVIDER WITHIN THESE TIME FRAMES
Parents and caregivers:
This policy has been revised due to the increase in late visit cancellations. Please understand that when we receive these last minute cancellations, typically, we cannot fill the visit slot for another child because of the late notice. Consistent attendance enables continuity of care for your child and allows our small practice to provide skilled therapies for your child.
